Applications may contact the glockler.com web site periodically to determine if there is a new version of the program available. As of 9/2015, the applications do not do this.

Applications may ask you to contact glockler.com to transmit error reports. As of 9/2015, the applications do not do this.

The contact report tool of the web site requests you to upload your contacts so that you can create reports. These files remain on the server for 30 days or until you manually delete them. Glockler.com does not access or share your data after you upload file(s), unless you specifically contact glockler.com to report a problem with the report tool. Additionally, the contact data is stored in such a fashion that other visitors cannot access your data.

Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (SPAM)
Glockler.com does not send unsolicited bulk e-mail to anyone, nor does anyone at glockler.com share any e-mail addresses that have been collected. Occasionally spammers will use someone else's e-mail address as the from address to a spam message, so it looks like Glockler.com sent you the message. If this occurs, that means that someone else has spoofed a glockler.com email address.
